Re opening Easter 2019!

A new award, closing for the season, calving and getting for ready for the next season again!

So much has happened since our last post. The ice cream parlour closed for the season at the end of September. Had so much fun but was definitely happy to hang up my ice cream making hat for a little break!

It was no peace for the wicked however as we were straight into calving on the farm. This has just finished with all the cows having given birth and our babies girls having gone through the process of being trained on the new milkbar and now they are 100kg and almost all weaned.

We also won another award! We came second in the diary category of the Delicious Food magazine awards for 2017, being highly commended for Elderflower and Lime! Our certificate arrived in the post during Sunday lunch which was a lovely surprise!

It is December now, and the preparations for the next season are already under way. We will keep you posted as we get closer to the 29th March when we open!
