The Tale of The
Orange Elephant Cows
by Kate Truman
Deep in the heart of glorious Devon, on a
small farm tucked away in a lush, green valley, live a herd
of very special cows. So special, in fact, that they are not
even called cows but, rather, are affectionately known as 'orange
elephants'.
And the milk that comes from these cows is
so rich and creamy that it makes the most deliciously scrummy
ice-cream in the whole world. Ice-cream so good, that people
travel from far and wide just to taste it. Ice-cream so good,
that it instantly puts a smile on the face of everyone who eats
it. Ice-cream so good, that once you've eaten it, simply no
other ice-cream will do.
Life is good on the farm and the orange elephant
cows are happy.
But it wasn't always this way...
